Thank you for choosing Cookie Cutter Department. Because we utilize high-precision 3D printing technology to ensure every cutter meets our "baker-tested" standards, please review our shipping and production timelines below.
1. Production & Processing Time

Print-to-Order: To maintain the highest quality and reduce waste, most items are printed to order in our Adelaide studio.

Processing Window: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be printed, inspected, and packed.

Peak Seasons: During major holidays (Easter, Christmas), processing times may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and competitive international rates. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or carbon-neutral couriers where available.

3. International Shipping
We leverage lightweight shipping rates to reach our global baking community. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly through the carrier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
While 3D-printed PETG is durable, transit can occasionally be rough.

If your cutter arrives damaged, please email us at hello@cookiedepartment.com.au within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging.
