Terms of Service: Cookie Cutter Department

1. Product Nature All products are 3D-printed using food-safe PLA or PETG. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations may exist. These are not defects but a characteristic of the manufacturing process.

2. Food Safety & Care

  • Hand Wash Only: Our cutters are NOT dishwasher safe. High heat will warp the plastic.

  • Cleaning: Use lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush to clean small crevices.

  • Heat Sensitivity: Do not expose cutters to temperatures exceeding 50°C.

3. Intellectual Property All designs are the property of Cookie Cutter Department. Digital STL files are not included with physical purchases unless a digital license is explicitly bought.
